There are currently no official certifications available specifically covering OpenOffice.org, but OpenOffice.org can be used to qualify for the International Computer Driving Licence (ICDL).

Sun Microsystems offers formalised training and certification for StarOffice. Due to the fact that StarOffice is based upon OpenOffice.org, Sun's training and certification is relevant to the OpenOffice.org user.

The training service providers listing is open to companies, organisations and individuals who offer training services for OpenOffice.org. There is no charge for listing, nor are preferential listings offered. Service complaints from users will not be referred, but sufficient complaints may result in the removal entries. All applicants will be subscribed to a mailing list for announcemnts and discussion.
